If you have a SatsumaBeauty account, you can submit a Return Form by viewing your Orders, and selecting the Return option. If you have not created a SatsumaBeauty account, you can submit a Return Form here using your email and Order ID.
Handmade Fresh For You | Restocking
We create your products fresh every order. Because your items are made fresh, we cannot restock items that are returned to us, even if they are unused.
If you change your mind, please submit a Return Form ASAP to avoid being charged for shipping costs. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.
For the best service and selection, please submit a Return Form and order your replacement items online.
SatsumaBeauty.com Returns By Mail
Once you have completed our Return Form and your return is reviewed and approved by our team, we will email you a return shipping label and a return slip. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount unless the return is the result of our error.
Please package items carefully in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit and include the provided return slip for faster processing. Items with our USPS return shipping labels can be shipped to us through your local post office or mail carrier.
Alternatively, you may choose to provide your own shipping label using the carrier of your choice. We recommend you include tracking if you choose this method to ensure items are not lost in transit.

We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return is the result of our error. Items that are faulty, not as described, or damaged in the mail will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Satsuma Beauty may not be able to issue refunds for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Please submit a Return Form within 30 days of receiving your items. Once we approve your return, items must be shipped within 14 days to receive a refund. Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment for the purchase price of the approved items minus return shipping costs (if applicable). Please pack your return in the original packaging or in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit.
Return requests submitted outside of the return window, showing signs of misuse, or not purchased from SatsumaBeauty.com will not be refunded and may not be returned back to you. Satsuma Beauty monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns.
Please allow two weeks for your mailed return to be processed. You will receive email confirmation once we have received your return and when your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
